Lorcana Ursula's Return — set mechanics, Sing Together, and chase cards
Ursula's Return is the fourth Disney Lorcana set — the "grand finale" of the game's first year. It brought new mechanics, new characters, and the first appearance of Encanto in the TCG. If you're building Lorcana decks or collecting, Ursula's Return is a set to understand. We're not telling you to buy or sell — we're laying out the mechanics and what drives value.
New mechanics
Sing Together — Characters can exert to sing songs for free if their combined ink costs match the song's cost. That enables multi-character sing lines and opens new combo angles. Alternate Shift — Deploy characters by discarding cards instead of paying ink. Tactical flexibility for shift-heavy strategies.
Key characters and themes
Ursula in multiple forms — villain focus. Encanto debuts: Bruno, Mirabel, Julieta, Dolores, Luisa. Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey and Yen Sid from Fantasia. The set has 204 numbered cards plus 18 Enchanted alternate arts (3 per ink color). Enchanted cards are the chase — roughly one per two boxes on average.
Product and sealed
Ursula's Return comes in booster boxes (24 packs), Illumineer's Troves, starter decks, and the Deep Trouble cooperative box. Prices vary by retailer. If you need specific cards, singles are usually cheaper than cracking. If you want to draft or chase Enchanted cards, booster boxes are the path. Check your LGS or major retailers for current Ursula's Return availability. We're not telling you to buy or sell — we're giving you the structure. Happy questing.
