HoardGate (https://www.hoardgate.com) is operated by an independent creator. All services provided on HoardGate, including the trading card marketplace, collection management, and blockchain escrow services, are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By using HoardGate, you accept these Terms.
2. Services Provided
HoardGate offers a platform where users can track, buy, sell, and trade trading cards (including Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon). HoardGate acts as an intermediary through blockchain-backed escrow services but is not a contractual party to user transactions.
3. Registration and User Accounts
Users must register to access core services. Users must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify HoardGate of any unauthorized account use immediately.
4. Payments and Blockchain Escrow
Transactions on HoardGate may involve cryptocurrencies. Payments are held securely in blockchain escrow until both parties fulfill their contractual obligations. HoardGate is not liable for cryptocurrency volatility or blockchain network issues.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure that all listed items are authentic and accurately described. Selling counterfeit or unauthorized items is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All HoardGate branding, website content, and software are owned by HoardGate unless otherwise indicated. Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon assets are owned by Wizards of the Coast LLC, Hasbro, and The Pokémon Company International. Use of trademarks and copyrighted material is permitted under their respective fan content policies.
7. Liability
HoardGate is not responsible for user-uploaded content, the outcome of sales contracts, or any damages arising from platform use. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.
8. Termination of Accounts
HoardGate may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or unlawful activities. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
9. Amendments
HoardGate reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of HoardGate after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
